Trail 105km in the heart of the valleys of amizmiz which is aimed at seasoned runners, also proposed in duo relay formula. Drawn all around the Atlas Chain, this race offers an unprecedented discovery of this exceptional territory thanks to a rather balanced layout and the ascent of several summits.

SAFETY
A radio network covering all routes. A medical ambulance placed on each road access. An efficient medical staff. Runners openers and brooms on all events. Volunteers familiar with the specifics of refreshments and sporting events. Mountain guides trained to supervise outdoor sports practices with a perfect knowledge of the massif.
COMPULSORY EQUIPMENT
Personal cup; minimum water reserve 1.5 liters; a lamp; survival blanket; whistle; minimum food reserve 800 kcal; waterproof jacket; cap, cap or bandana; personal identification; mobile phone.
